After receiving authorization, pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team (in case we require the defective item back)
Refund Policy:
We don’t have a refund policy because we take all necessary precautions and provide all information on the websites. However, in the event that an item is received damaged or defective, we replace it right away. If the incorrect kit is shipped, the entire kit is replaced as soon as it is received back in perfect condition.
